The Sunny Health & Fitness Pro is a popular entry-level indoor cycling bike. It features a 40 pound flywheel, a chain drive mechanism, and a fully adjustable seat and handlebars. It’s a heavy-duty bike as it has a maximum capacity of 275 pounds. It has toe straps, a leveling system, and wheels for transportation. The dimensions are: 48.5L X 20W X 46.5H inches, and it weighs 108 pounds.
Pros
The style is simple and sleek, and the color scheme is appealing. It has a 40 pound flywheel, which is above average for indoor cycling bikes, and gives it more of a road bike feel. It’s also one of the heaviest in it’s class. The frame is made out of a heavy duty steel, which makes it more durable and sturdy. The maximum weight capacity of 275 is impressive, and speaks volumes about the quality of the bike.
The steel also won’t rust or corrode. It rides smoothly, is compact, and provides good resistance. The wheels allow for easy transportation. There is a safety brake in place that works very well. The packaging was excellent; all the parts were well protected.
The Pro bike is easy to assemble; one customer noted he did it in 15 minutes. The assembly only involves the handlebars, seat, and pedals. The price is very reasonable under $350.
Cons
The brake pads make a loud whining noise especially at a higher resistance. It’s chain driven, while the more expensive models are belt driven; the former tends to make more noise. No water bottle cage. The resistance doesn’t seem to have a middle ground between easy and hard. The pedals work fine, but I am not a fan of the toe straps.
The seat may or may not be uncomfortable depending on the amount of experience you have. The seat adjustment range isn’t as wide as you would like it to be; a few customers in the 5’1″-5’2″ range noted that the seat was too high even at the lowest level.
Summary
The price is solid, the bike is heavy-duty, easy to assemble, has a 40 pound flywheel, rides smoothly, and represents quality. It does make noise when at higher resistance, doesn’t have a water bottle cage, and the seat adjustment could be greater. If you are shopping for a bike on a budget, this is one to strongly consider.

Customer Reviews
This bike is beyond my expectations for a $300 bike. The tension knob is very easy to use. The stop/brake lever is accessible and easy to use. I am 5″2′ and I have the seat on its lowest setting. If you are much shorter than that, you might have difficulty. There is no vibration. Comes about 75% assembled. Very easy. Packed well. This bike is just as good as the ones used in cycling classes at gyms which can cost $1-3,000 dollars.

I concur with the most reviewers in that this a solid bike for the price – a great value in fact. It is “bare bones” – no bells, no whistles, and a below average seat – but at this price, one can add a water bottle holder, a timer, a better seat (or gel cover) and even a heart rate monitor and still pay less than a fully equipped bike. It was super simple to assemble yet very sturdy and stable. – ASoonerLater
