The Keiser M3 features a eddy current resistance system that is designed to provide infinite resistance and a smooth, quiet ride. Keiser says that it doesn't suffer from any wear and tear, and therefore no maintenance is required. The seat adjust is horizontal and vertical; also included are dual-position handlebars and Shimano combo pedals. A computer is attached and displays time, distance, heart rate, calories, and power output. Other features include a water bottle holder, a smooth resistance shifter, and an anti-slip belt.
